Terms Used In Idaho Code 72-705

Dependent: A person dependent for support upon another.
Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
person: includes a corporation as well as a natural person;

Idaho Code 73-114

No limitation of time provided in this law shall run as against any person who is mentally incompetent or a minor dependent so long as he has no committee, guardian or next friend.
