Any writing may be proved either:
1. By any one who saw the writing executed; or

- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
2. By evidence of the genuineness of the handwriting of the maker; or
3. By a subscribing witness.
