- Agricultural employer: is a s defined in section 44-1601, Idaho Code. See Idaho Code 20-402
- Agricultural products: is a s defined in section 22-2602, Idaho Code. See Idaho Code 20-402
- Board: means the state board of correction. See Idaho Code 20-402
