Terms Used In Idaho Code > Title 22 > Chapter 46 - Commercial Fish Facilities
- Aquaculture: means the husbandry of aquatic plants and animals, both public and private. See Idaho Code 22-4601
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Department: means the Idaho department of agriculture. See Idaho Code 22-4601
- Director: means the director of the department of agriculture. See Idaho Code 22-4601
- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
- Person: means an individual, partnership, corporation, company or other business entity and any agent or officer of any partnership, corporation, company or other business entity. See Idaho Code 22-4601
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
