Terms Used In Idaho Code > Title 33 > Chapter 51 - Postsecondary Enrollment Options
- Course: means a course of instruction or a program of instruction. See Idaho Code 33-5102
- Dual credit: means credit awarded to a student on his or her secondary and postsecondary transcript for the completion of a single course. See Idaho Code 33-5102
- Eligible institution: means a public or private postsecondary educational institution accredited by an organization recognized by the state board of education. See Idaho Code 33-5102
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
