Terms Used In Idaho Code > Title 33 > Chapter 58 - Local Innovation School Act
- Board: means the governing body of a school district or public charter school. See Idaho Code 33-5802
- Innovation school: means a public school participating in the local innovation school act. See Idaho Code 33-5802
- Innovation school agreement: means a written agreement between the innovation school team and the board establishing the innovation school. See Idaho Code 33-5802
- Innovation school team: means the combination of individuals responsible for the operations of an innovation school. See Idaho Code 33-5802
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
