- Arrest: Taking physical custody of a person by lawful authority.
- Complication: means any of the following, if it constitutes an abnormal or a deviant process or event arising from the performance or completion of an abortion:
Idaho Code 39-9503Concurrent resolution: A legislative measure, designated "S. Con. Res." and numbered consecutively upon introduction, generally employed to address the sentiments of both chambers, to deal with issues or matters affecting both houses, such as a concurrent budget resolution, or to create a temporary joint committee. Concurrent resolutions are not submitted to the President/Governor and thus do not have the force of law. Department: means the state department of health and welfare. See Idaho Code 39-9503 Facility: means any public or private hospital, clinic, center, medical school, medical training institution, health care facility, physician’s office, infirmary, dispensary, ambulatory surgical center or other institution or location where medical care is provided to any person. See Idaho Code 39-9503 Hospital: means any institution licensed as a hospital pursuant to chapter 13, title 39, Idaho Code. See Idaho Code 39-9503 Medical practitioner: means a licensed medical care provider capable of making a diagnosis within the scope of such provider’s license. See Idaho Code 39-9503 person: includes a corporation as well as a natural person;
Idaho Code 73-114pregnancy: means the reproductive condition of having an unborn child in the uterus. See Idaho Code 39-9503 State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114 Subpoena: A command to a witness to appear and give testimony.
