Terms Used In Idaho Code > Title 72 > Chapter 16 - State Directory of New Hires
- Department: means the Idaho department of labor. See Idaho Code 72-1603
- Director: means the director of the Idaho department of labor. See Idaho Code 72-1603
- Employee: means an individual who is an employee within the meaning of 26 U. See Idaho Code 72-1603
- Employer: has the meaning given such term in 26 U. See Idaho Code 72-1603
- Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
- Month: means a calendar month, unless otherwise expressed. See Idaho Code 73-114
- Rehire: means to reemploy an individual who was laid off, separated, furloughed, granted leave without pay or terminated from employment at least sixty (60) consecutive days prior to reemployment. See Idaho Code 72-1603
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
