The State Board of Education shall have, without limitation, the following divisions within the Board:
(1) Educator Effectiveness.
(2) Improvement and Innovation.
(3) Fiscal Support Services.
(4) (Blank).
(5) Internal Auditor.
(6) Human Resources.
(7) Legal.
(8) Specialized Instruction, Nutrition, and Wellness.
(9) Language and Early Childhood Development.
The State Board of Education may, after consultation with the General Assembly, add any divisions or functions to the Board that it deems appropriate and consistent with Illinois law.
(1) Educator Effectiveness.
Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 105 ILCS 5/1A-10
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
