(a) The Authority, upon taking office and annually thereafter, shall prepare and submit to the Governor, General Assembly, and State Superintendent a report that includes the audited financial statement for the preceding fiscal year, an approved financial plan, and a statement of the major steps necessary to accomplish the objectives of the financial plan.
(b) Annual reports shall be submitted on or before March 1 of each year.
(c) The requirement for reporting to the General Assembly shall be satisfied by filing copies of the report as provided in § 3.1 of the General Assembly Organization Act and by filing additional copies with the State Government Report Distribution Center for the General Assembly as required under subdivision (t) of Section 7 of the State Library Act.

Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 105 ILCS 5/1E-130
- Authority: means a School Finance Authority created under this Article. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 105 ILCS 5/1E-10
- Financial plan: means the financial plan of the district to be developed pursuant to this Article, as in effect from time to time. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 105 ILCS 5/1E-10
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
- State Superintendent: means the State Superintendent of Education. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 105 ILCS 5/1E-10
