Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 105 ILCS 60/65
- individual: shall include every infant member of the species homo sapiens who is born alive at any stage of development. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.36
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
Each school district maintaining a community service education program established under Section 25 of this Act shall employ or appoint a Director of Community Service Education. The Director shall be responsible for all aspects of the school district’s community service education program. An individual employed solely as a Director of Community Service Education need not hold a teaching or administrative certificate from the State of Illinois.
