Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 105 ILCS 60/92
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
Subject to the availability of funds for the specific purpose of making grants for community service education, the State Board of Education is authorized to make grants to school districts operating community service education programs that meet the standards set forth in this Act and any rules adopted by the State Board of Education.
