Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 10 ILCS 5/1A-35

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     Subject to appropriation, the State Board of Elections must develop and implement an educational program to inform the public about early voting and grace period voting. The State Board shall conduct the program beginning August 1, 2006, and until the 2006 general election.
