(a) By no later than June 30, 2017:
(1) the IPIC Agencies shall define the framework for

Endorsement Areas and ISBE shall define the high school course codes that relate to each area; and

(2) the IPIC Agencies shall adopt the comprehensive
plan required by subsection (a) of Section 85 of this Act.

(b) By no later than June 30, 2018:
(1) the public-private steering committees described

in subsection (b) of Section 85 of this Act shall recommend to the IPIC Agencies a sequence of minimum career competencies for particular occupational pathways within that sector that students should attain by high school graduation as part of a College and Career Pathway Endorsement program;

(2) ICCB and IBHE shall adopt the requirements for
postsecondary institutions described in subsection (d) of Section 85 of this Act; and
|
(3) the IPIC Agencies shall commence the development
of the statewide supports described in Section 85 of this Act.

(c) By no later than June 30, 2019, (i) Eligible School Districts shall submit the information and certifications required by ISBE and ICCB to offer Career Pathway Endorsement programs for 2020 high school graduates; and (ii) the IPIC Agencies shall initially offer the statewide supports described in Section 85 of this Act.
(d) By no later than the 2020-2021 school year, postsecondary institutions shall implement the requirements adopted by ICCB and IBHE pursuant to subsection (d) of Section 85 of this Act.
