In this Act:
“Institution of higher education” or “institution” means the University of Illinois; Southern Illinois University; Chicago State University; Eastern Illinois University; Governors State University; Illinois State University; Northeastern Illinois University; Northern Illinois University; Western Illinois University; the public community colleges of the State; and any other public universities, colleges, and community colleges now or hereafter established or authorized by the General Assembly.
“Standardized test score” means the composite score or any subscores on the ACT or SAT college admissions test or any other standardized college admissions test.

Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 110 ILCS 29/5
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
