The Board shall report to the Board of Higher Education by September 15 of each year the tuition and fee waivers the University has granted in the previous fiscal year as well as the following information for each tuition and fee waiver program in which the University participates:
(1) Justification of the need for the program.
(2) The program’s intended purposes and goals.
(3) The program’s eligibility and selection criteria.
(4) The program’s cost.
(5) Any benefits resulting from the program.

- Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
