The Board of Trustees shall report to the Board of Higher Education, on or before July 1 of each year, the base salary and benefits of the president of the university and all administrators, faculty members, and instructors employed by the university. For the purposes of this Section, “benefits” includes without limitation vacation days, sick days, bonuses, annuities, and retirement enhancements.
