The Secretary of State shall allow the Illinois State Police to access the driver’s license or Illinois Identification card photograph, if available, of an applicant for a firearm concealed carry license under the Firearm Concealed Carry Act for the purpose of identifying the firearm concealed carry license applicant and issuing a license to the applicant.
