Invalidation of a standard Illinois Identification Card or an Illinois Person with a Disability Identification Card. The Secretary of State may invalidate a standard Illinois Identification Card or an Illinois Person with a Disability Identification Card:
(1) when the holder voluntarily surrenders the

(3) upon the refusal of the holder to correct or

- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14

update information contained on a standard Illinois Identification Card or an Illinois Person with a Disability Identification Card; and

administrative rule.
