Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 15 ILCS 410/9b
- Heretofore: means any time previous to the day on which the statute takes effect; and the word "hereafter" at any time after such day. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.17
All final administrative decisions of the Merit Commission shall be subject to judicial review pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Review Law, as heretofore or hereafter amended. The term “administrative decision” is defined as in Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
