- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
All cost recoveries, fees for services, and governmental grants received by the State Treasurer shall be maintained in a trust fund in the State treasury, to be known as the State Treasurer’s Administrative Fund. Moneys in the State Treasurer’s Administrative Fund may be utilized by the State Treasurer in the discharge of the duties of the office. All interest earned by the investment or deposit of moneys accumulated in the Fund shall be deposited into the Fund.
