- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
“Published” means the publishing of the notice referred to, in a newspaper of general circulation in the community in which the subject savings bank is located. Publishing shall be at the expense of the savings bank if it is required to publish. Where publishing is required, the savings bank shall submit to the Commissioner evidence of the publication as the Commissioner shall deem appropriate.
