     Indirect cost reimbursements applied for by the Department of Agriculture may be allocated as State matching funds. Any indirect cost reimbursement applied for and received by the Department shall be deposited into the same fund as the direct cost reimbursement and may be expended, subject to appropriation, for support of programs administered by the Department of Agriculture.
