In this Act:
“Director” means the Director of the Illinois State Police.
“Senior citizen” means a person of the age of 60 years or older.
“Senior citizen victimizer” means a person who has been arrested for committing an offense against a senior citizen.
“Statewide Senior Citizen Victimizer Database Terminal” means an interactive computerized communication and processing unit that permits direct on-line communication with the Illinois State Police’s Statewide Senior Citizen Victimizer Database.
“Director” means the Director of the Illinois State Police.
Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 20 ILCS 2645/5
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
