On the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 93rd General Assembly, the name of the Bureau of the Budget is changed to the Governor’s Office of Management and Budget. References in any law, appropriation, rule, form, or other document (i) to the Bureau of the Budget or to BOB are deemed, in appropriate contexts, to be references to the Governor’s Office of Management and Budget for all purposes and (ii) to the Director of the Bureau of the Budget are deemed, in appropriate contexts, to be references to the Director of the Governor’s Office of Management and Budget for all purposes.
