(a) There is hereby established the Drug Treatment Fund, to be held as a separate fund in the State treasury. There shall be deposited into this fund such amounts as may be received under subsections (h) and (i) of Section 411.2 of the Illinois Controlled Substances Act, under Section 80 of the Methamphetamine Control and Community Protection Act, and under § 7 of the Controlled Substance and Cannabis Nuisance Act, or under Section 6z-107 of the State Finance Act.
(b) Monies in this fund shall be appropriated to the Department for the purposes and activities set forth in subsections (h) and (i) of Section 411.2 of the Illinois Controlled Substances Act, or in § 7 of the Controlled Substance and Cannabis Nuisance Act, or in Section 6z-107 of the State Finance Act.
