Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 20 ILCS 3515/14

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     At or prior to the time the principal of and interest on bonds issued by the State authority to finance a particular environmental facility have been fully paid, the authority may execute such deeds and conveyances as are necessary and required to convey its right, title and interest in such environmental facilities to any person, if the State authority has determined that adequate provision has been made for the payment of principal, interest and premium, if any, or any outstanding bonds as they become due.
