Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 20 ILCS 415/7e
- Month: means a calendar month, and the word "year" a calendar year unless otherwise expressed; and the word "year" alone, is equivalent to the expression "year of our Lord. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.10
- Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
The Commission shall meet at such time and place as shall be specified by call of the chairman or the Director. At least one meeting shall be held each month. Notice of each meeting shall be given in writing to each member by the chairman at least three days in advance of the meeting. Three members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
