The Director of the Department of Central Management Services of the State of Illinois may enter into agreements with any city, village, incorporated town, county or other political subdivision in this State to furnish services and facilities of the Department to such city, village, incorporated town, county or other political subdivision to assist in the administration of its personnel program on merit principles.
     Any such agreement shall provide for reimbursement of the Department, not less often than semi-annually, for the reasonable cost of the services and facilities furnished as determined by the Director. All money received by the Department as reimbursement shall be paid into the General Revenue Fund in the State Treasury.

Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 20 ILCS 420/1

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14

     Any city, village, incorporated town, county or other political subdivision in this State may enter into such agreements and provide for the reimbursement herein required.
