The Advisory Board shall consult with the Department in matters of policy affecting the administration of this Act and in the development, revision and enforcement of the rules and regulations adopted under this Act. The Advisory Board shall meet as frequently as the Director of Public Health deems necessary; however, upon request of 2 members of the Advisory Board, it shall be the duty of the Director of Public Health to call a meeting of the Board.
