All final administrative decisions of the Department hereunder shall be subject to judicial review pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Review Law and the rules adopted pursuant thereto. The term “administrative decision” is defined as in Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
Decisions of the State EMS Disciplinary Review Board are not final administrative decisions of the Department, and are not subject to judicial review under the Administrative Review Law.

- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
