- Heretofore: means any time previous to the day on which the statute takes effect; and the word "hereafter" at any time after such day. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.17
Whenever the Department refuses to grant, or revokes or suspends a license to open, conduct, operate, or maintain an agency, the applicant or licensee may have such decision judicially reviewed. The provisions of the Administrative Review Law, as heretofore or hereafter amended, and the rules adopted pursuant thereto shall apply to and govern all proceedings for the judicial review of final administrative decisions of the Department hereunder. The term “administrative decisions” is defined as in Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
