List of individuals that may not be admitted for treatment prohibited.No hospital may maintain a list of individuals that may not be admitted for treatment at the hospital. Nothing in this Section shall be construed to prohibit a hospital or a member of the hospital’s medical staff from recommending an alternate provider, coordinating an appropriate transfer, or arranging access to care services that best meets the needs of an individual patient.
