- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Any person, or any agent or officer of the corporation who violates any provisions of this Act or who makes any false statement with respect to any report or statement required by this Act or required by the Director under this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
