Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 215 ILCS 159/95
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
Nothing in this Act shall preempt or otherwise limit the provisions of the Illinois Securities Law of 1953 or any regulations, bulletins, or other interpretations issued by or through the Secretary of State acting pursuant to the Illinois Securities Law of 1953. Compliance with the provisions of this Act shall not constitute compliance with any applicable provision of the Illinois Securities Law of 1953 and any amendments thereto or any regulations, notices, bulletins, or other interpretations issued by or through the Secretary of State acting pursuant to the Illinois Securities Law of 1953.
