Insurance companies that transact the kinds of insurance authorized under Class 1(b) or Class 2(a) of Section 4 of this Code shall comply with Sections 25, 45, 45.1, 45.2, 45.3, 65, 70, and 85, subsection (d) of Section 30, and the definition of the term “emergency medical condition” in § 10 of the Managed Care Reform and Patient Rights Act.
