- Heretofore: means any time previous to the day on which the statute takes effect; and the word "hereafter" at any time after such day. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.17
Sections 211, 212, 213, 214, 215, 216, 217, 218, 219 and 220, each inclusive, are repealed; provided, however, that every proceeding heretofore commenced under such sections shall be continued as though such sections had not been repealed.
