- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
The Commission shall provide adequate protection for confidential and proprietary information furnished, delivered or filed by any person, corporation or other entity, including proprietary information provided to the Commission by the Illinois Power Agency.
