Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 220 ILCS 81/4-20
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
The Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, the Office of Broadband, or any other State agency, board, office, or commission appropriated funding to provide grants for broadband deployment, broadband expansion, broadband access, broadband affordability, and broadband improvement projects must establish program eligibility and selection criteria by administrative rules.
