- Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
Any circuit court, upon application of the Department, designated hearing officer, or the applicant or licensee against whom proceedings under this Act are pending, may enter an order requiring the attendance of witnesses and their testimony and the production of documents, papers, files, books, and records in connection with any hearing or investigation. The court may compel obedience to its order by proceedings for contempt.
