This Act does not apply to the following:
(1) persons lawfully carrying on their particular

(2) persons rendering gratuitous services in cases of
emergency; or
|
(3) persons treating human ailments by prayer or
spiritual means as an exercise or enjoyment of religious freedom.

Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 225 ILCS 60/4
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
