- Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
Any person who employs fraud or deception in applying for or securing a license under this Act, or in passing any examination therefor, shall be sentenced as provided by Section 59. Any person who employs fraud or misrepresentation in applying for, or procuring, a license under this Act or in connection with applying for renewal of a license under this Act, or cheating on or attempting to subvert the licensing examinations administered under this Act, shall be sentenced as provided by Section 59.
