Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 225 ILCS 63/195
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
Any person who is found to have violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. On conviction of a second or subsequent offense the violator shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
