- Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
Any court, upon application of the Department, or the applicant or licensee against whom proceedings under Section 55 are pending, may enter an order requiring the attendance of witnesses and the witnesses’ testimony, and the production of documents, papers, files, books and records in connection with any hearing or investigation. The court may compel obedience to its order by proceedings for contempt.
