Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 230 ILCS 5/3.20
- individual: shall include every infant member of the species homo sapiens who is born alive at any stage of development. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.36
“Licensee” means an individual organization licensee, an inter-track wagering licensee, an inter-track wagering location licensee, or an advance deposit wagering licensee, as the context of this Act requires.
