The Legislative Reference Bureau is hereby established as a legislative support services agency. The Legislative Reference Bureau is subject to the provisions of this Act and shall perform the powers and duties delegated to it under “An Act to establish a joint legislative reference bureau and to define the powers and duties thereof”, approved June 26, 1913, as amended, and such other functions as may be provided by law.
