Appropriations for all expenses incident to the Office of the State Fire Marshal and for all expenses incident to the Illinois Fire Service Institute are payable from the fire prevention fund. Expenses incident to the Office of the State Fire Marshal shall include payments for maintenance of the Chicago fire Department training program and expenses, facilities and structures directly incident thereto.
