Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 30 ILCS 558/25-60
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
The public agency may exercise any powers provided under this Act to facilitate the public-private agreement with the private entity. The public agency, the State, or any State agency and its officers may not take any action that would impair the public-private agreement entered into under this Act, except as provided by law.
