Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 320 ILCS 10/12

  • Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
     The Director shall submit a report by March 31 of the following fiscal year to the Governor and the General Assembly detailing the progress of the respite care services provided under this Act and shall also include an estimate of the demand for respite care services over the next 10 years.
