Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 320 ILCS 25/3.01
- individual: shall include every infant member of the species homo sapiens who is born alive at any stage of development. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.36
“Claimant” means an individual who has filed a claim for a property tax relief grant under this Act. In appropriate contexts, “claimant” may also include a person who has applied for pharmaceutical assistance under this Act or for other benefits that are based on eligibility for benefits under this Act.
